Quick tip on improving EQ

With machine learning, artificial intelligence and big data, there is less need for ‘very smart people’. Computers are starting to make decisions that would have historically been made by those very smart people.

It’s difficult for a computer though to see what you are feeling. Emotional intelligence is a skill that has helped people being successful for centuries. And it has never been more important !

There are many ways to improve your EQ and the easiest one is to just be aware of it in your day-to-day life.

Ordering a coffee at starbucks can become your training ground for developing and understanding what other people are feeling.
